On May 28, 2019, Master students of the specialty "Professional education", specialization "Technology of producing and processing agricultural products" of the department of technological and professional education of Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv National Pedagogical University visited the Fiber Crops Institute  of the Urainian Agrarian Academy.

Such tours are organized by the Department of Professional Education and Agricultural Production Technologies for students in order to deepen their professional knowledge in the field of agricultural production, acquaintance with the innovative technologies and achievements of science.

During the meeting, the scientists acquainted the students with the peculiarities of growing, harvesting and processing flax and hemp. The researchers demonstrated the achievements of the scientists who are leaders in the Ukrainian and foreign markets. Some process of flax and hemp processing was shown to be of interest to students, because the Institute has equipment for the complete cycle of fiber processing and flax and hemp seeds. The meeting was full of cognitive information, both for educators and students. In addition, in the course of the meeting, they discussed ways of cooperation between the Institute and the Department of Professional Education and Agricultural Production Technologies.
