The training programme of Emre Baysan, the IT technologies teacher from the Afyon Kocatepe University (Turkey) at Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv national pedagogical university continued on September 12th and 13th.

The Turkish colleagues got acquainted with the education system of Ukraine on its different stages. On Tuesday the guests visited one of the town kindergartens, observed some children’s activities and the material supply of the educational establishment. On September 13th the guests visited the computering lesson at the village school where pupils learned to correctly create and use e-mails. After the lesson the guests enjoyed the concert consisting of the traditional Ukrainian songs and dances.

The intensive training programme included a visit to the local educational authorities to get acquainted with the administrative ruling education.

Emre Baysan’s acquaintance with the higher education system began with the open class Welcome to Ukraine! conducted by professor Tayana Dieorditsa. Students presented the results of their work at the information technologies. All the guests had the opportunity to admire the beauty of Ukraine; the students’ level of English was excellent and good.

The guests also had a meeting with post graduate and doctoral students where education systems of the both countries were compared.

T. Dieorditsa conducted a master class at Mind mapping and Mental mapping for the guest.

On the whole the guests are fully satisfied with the academic events suggested for them at our university.
