This academic year turned out to be full of educational and scientific events for Professor Bloemers at Oleksandr Dovzhenko Hlukhiv national pedagogical university. In October he taught the course "Theory and Practice of Inclusive Education" (22 hours) for Master Students in the frame of their second subject "Social Work". The idea of such cooperation dates back to his long discussion 2 years ago with Professor Lyudmyla Mishchyk and the vice Rector Volodomyr Zinchenko. This academic year the idea became reality: Professor Bloemers designed and academically developed the programme of the course (it was recognized by the University and the Ministry of Education and Science) and "launched" it for our students.  Later the students completed the essays as the result of their work in the course and were assessed by the professor.

In Professor’s opinion the Master students were excellent: highly motivated, always interested, with excellent language skills, active in reading, discussions and small action research projects. He is satisfied with the great results of their work.

Besides, Professor Bloemers participated in the work of the conferences at the university devoted to the problems of social work and teaching foreign languages abroad. He also visited the boarding school to have a meeting with teachers and pupils there.

At present Professor Bloemers has been actively participating at the work on the international projects.

We look forward to our further cooperation with Professor Wolf Bloemers.
